About the Song

'Cat's Great Escape' is an upbeat rock 'n' roll tune featuring the Bo Diddley beat. It's about a beloved cat who mysteriously vanishes in the middle of the night. Interestingly, this was the first song completed for the album, with the melody, lyrics, and arrangement coming together remarkably quickly. I believe this spontaneous creation process resulted in a fresh and lively track that captures the essence of fun rock 'n' roll. I particularly enjoyed writing the lyrics for this song, as I'm a big cat lover myself!
