About the Song

"In This Place" is a song about a special place where we can be free from criticism and pretense, and be our true selves. I wanted to create an all-acoustic sound, and I really wished to include an upright bass, but unfortunately, I don't own one (nor can I play it), so I had to give up on that idea. By the way, before the lyrics were written, the working title was "In My Life". In most cases, I often use Beatles lyrics or titles for my demo vocals.
